Students go through alot when they leave the comforts of home: academic stress, peer pressure, BGR and identity crises. They need support not only from home but their teachers.
Through this program, teachers will learn key skills and activities they can use to help students put their challenges in perspective, challenge their self-talk and look ahead to the bumpy future with more confidence.
